Secretary and Treasurer's report:
Pat Gobbel moved to accept both the treasurer's and secretary's report. Terri Thomas seconded the motion and the motion passed.
Sunshine committee:
Dorothy Holmes sent out one birthday card for Misty.
Charity Committee:
Emilie Stone brought 11 quilt tops for charity quilts. For the June worknight we need batting and to have people quilt and bind the quilts. Pat Gobbel, Kristina Parmer, Debbie Baue, and Karen Gentsch will bring sewing machines. Dorothy Sauder moved that we allow Marie to use up to $30 to buy backing for the quilts. Marie seconded the motion and the guild approved. If anyone has any extra fabric in your stash please bring it with you to work night. Dianne Preece and Jeanette Oblander will bring cutting mats and rotary cutters. Please try to come a little early on worknight as we have a lot to do. A few members will bring quilting frames. Teri Thomas and Marie Dixon will bring thread to tie quilts.
Announcements:
Marguerite passed around the equipment list for anyone who has guild equipment. If anyone has anything that belongs to the guild please let her know so she can get an accurate inventory.
Old Business:
Pam Unruh purchased a cabinet to store guild stuff in the closet off the conference room.
New Business:
Marie Dixon will arrange for the Christmas party at the church.
